If you’ve noticed musty odours, suspected mould, or are experiencing unexplained health symptoms at home or work, it’s time to take a closer look. This service offers a comprehensive on-site assessment (up to 4 hours) to identify the root causes of mould and moisture—supporting you in creating a healthier indoor environment for you and your family.

What’s Included:

• A thorough visual and olfactory inspection of visible and hidden mould
• Investigation of current and historical water ingress
• Thorough history intake of the home
• Moisture mapping and climate assessment (ventilation, humidity, condensation)
• Use of specialised tools including:
  • Thermal imaging cameras
  • Moisture meters
  • Thermo-hygrometers
  • Indoor air quality meters
  • Boroscopes for concealed areas

I aim to determine:

• The source(s) of moisture
• The extent of microbial contamination
• The potential spread of airborne fungal particles throughout your home

Sampling Options (Highly Recommended)

Sampling provides essential data to guide accurate diagnosis and safe remediation. I’ll collect samples on-site and send them to an accredited lab for analysis.

All samples are $140 each.

Sampling types may include:

• Air sampling (culture and non-culture based)
• Surface testing (tape lifts, swabs, ATP)
• Destructive sampling (bulk materials or cavity air if required

Report (Highly Recommended)

Price DOES NOT include a comprehensive report. A detailed report of findings with clear, actionable recommendations or scope of works is an additional $850.
